High-precision motion control and laser seam tracking, combined with over 100 intelligent process libraries (scale welding/weaving), ensure high welding quality. The modular design supports mobile transport vehicles and magnetic bases for confined spaces, shipbuilding and steel structures, redefining welding efficiency with high rigidity, reliability and adaptability.

AWP Series Cobot Palletising Workstation

The AWP series is a collaborative palletising workstation from AUCTECH that combines intelligence, safety and easy deployment for light industry. Offering a payload of 20-50 kg and a working radius of 1.48-1.98 m (accuracy ±0.05 mm), it supports vacuum grippers/mechanical claws for boxes, sheets and bottles, achieving an efficiency of 8-12 pcs/min. AHP Series Palletising Robot

The AHP series is a high-performance series of industrial palletising robots from AUCTECH, characterised by high payload, large working range and precise control. Equipped with industrial-grade servo motors, they cover payloads from 50 to 800 kg, have a working radius of 1.6 to 3.15 m, and have a repeatable positioning accuracy of ±0.05 mm, adapting to a variety of harsh operating conditions. The high-performance AD2 and AD3 servo drives and ASK series servo motors are ideally matched for a variety of control applications and can switch between bit, speed and torque control as desired. Thanks to their optimised design, the AD2 and AD3 servo systems offer excellent performance, rich functionality, stable and reliable operation, and a convenient and flexible user experience.

ASK three-phase synchronous AC servo motors with permanent magnets have 4/5 poles and low torque, and AD2 and AD3 servo drives form a powerful, high-performance servo system. The motor can withstand 3 times overload, and different types of encoders can be selected according to the actual requirements of the location, which fully meets your high requirements for dynamic performance, speed range, position feedback accuracy and output torque accuracy.

The AUCTECH T616i CNC controller specialises in precision turning, using an ARM-based platform with high-speed interpolation and two-spindle coordination. Reliable bus communication, smooth motion control, and intelligent diagnostics ensure flexible processing and stable operation.

It integrates an open PLC for real-time rail editing, A/B type macro programming, and 256 MB of program memory (over 1000 programs). Advanced features include C-type tool compensation, PMC axis interpolation, hard thread cutting and customised thread turning with two 0~10 V analogue outputs.
